Q. What is my username and password?
A. This is the username and password that you log into the office computers with.

Q. But I have never logged into a computer at work, or I always use the "agent" generic login?
A. All users have had a network login created for them if one didn't exist. if you do not recall the pssword, contact your Network Administrator.

Q. I'm having trouble sending mail from home?
A. A lot of ISP's, such as bellsouth and Adelphia, are blocking the sending emails through any non-isp server. Your will need to set your outgoing server to the mail server provided by you ISP.
